2003年7月、イタリアの民間放送局が始めたベトナム高地民族向け反政府放送である。ベトナム先住民族だが、第二次インドシナ戦争以後迫害を受け大量虐殺され人口は減少しているとされる。
米国へ移住したMontagnard(Degar)先住民らによって財団が設立され放送が続けられている。ベトナム政府にとってはRFA同様聞かせたくない放送で、ジャミングをかけている。
毎週火木土の3回放送されているが曜日ごとに周波数を変えている。放送時間は毎回1300-1330である。B06のスケジュールは：
